30 days, free returns! DIYMIke products are guaranteed for 30 days.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange, but in most cases we can work with you on a solution.
To be eligible for a no hassle return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some types of items are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, and personalized items cannot be returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Contact DIYMike.com for a return RMA.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Items with obvious signs of wear or use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the results of your return inspection and status of your refund. Once the refund is approved a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Next, contact your payment provider as it may take some time before a refund is officially posted.
Third, contact your bank. There are often processing times when posting refunds. If after completing these steps you still have not received your refund , contact us at mail@diy-mike.com .
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
DIYMike.com will replace items if they are defective or damaged in shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at mail@diy-mike.com to arrange a replacement. Evidence may be required to open a replacement claim.
